MEMEX: National Criminal Investigative System
This extensive IT Project included the design, supply, installation, training and maintenance of an Intelligence Management Web-based system in English and Arabic. The system was developed by ANHAM and successfully deployed in three phases throughout Iraq in 2004, and is currently in its final phase of completion.
ANHAM has been able to reach our main goal, which was to train the officers on the NCI system, to allow the Iraqi National Security to track and fight all new types of crime that the Nation of Iraq has been faced with over the last few years.
Our training program includes the education of officers to make them familiar with legislation, department policy and procedures. Thus, our employment of highly skilled locals and our excellent knowledge of the country of Iraq made this task manageable. The Iraq Officers will now be prepared with critical knowledge for future challenges.
The management effort for this contract was provided by Nour USA, Limited in support of ANHAM.
