Teleconferencing with HardHatBid Inc.
Nour USA, Limited will provide support for HardHatBid Inc. of California as they deploy their patented HHB DBS Solution throughout the Republic of Iraq. The HHB DBS Solution is an electrical system designed to post and manage government solicitations and receive vendor bids. It will link all Government Ministries in Iraq and provide a common platform for bidding and procurement efforts.
The first installment of this effort is scheduled to take place this summer in Iraq.
